The founder and interviewer of Leaders in Finance is Jeroen Broekema who, before founding Leaders in Finance, was active in financial services for 12 years, of which 7 years were at a major bank and 5 at a fintech.

Ferdi Kramer is one of the founders of Rembrandt M&A and has been active in the field of mergers and acquisitions for more than 27 years. Since 2003, the business has grown into a solid group of 50 professionals.
Paul Schram is an experienced banker (ABN AMRO, Barclays Capital and Rabobank), manager and entrepreneur who in previous years was Head of M&S Carlsberg and founder of the brewer Oudekerks Goud. In 2017, he was appointed as Head of M&A at Rabobank, where he became Global Head of M&A in 2018.
