Retroactively effective January 1, 2023, Petservice Holding nv, listed on Euronext, has acquired all shares in Aesculaap. Rembrandt M&A assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

Pharmacy4pets, part of Aesculaap, is an online pharmacy where consumers can purchase animal medicines, care products, and pet dietary food. Aesculaap also offers animal webshops the option to customize the logistical handling of their orders.
