Laco International B.V. acquired the remaining 50% of the shares in Sportijn Group B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

Parties
Laco was one of the first Dutch organizations to privately manage multi-functional sports and leisure centers. The company started in 1987 with the foundation of De Hispohal, a municipal sports center which was transformed into a private enterprise.
