Lafeber Optical Retail Group B.V. (Reyer Lafeber) has acquired the activities of Opticlaer B.V. by means of an assets purcahse. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

Parties
Reyer Lafeber is an optics chain. The chain has eight stores in the Netherlands, with another one opening soon. The company sells glasses of well-known brands such as Ray Ban, Prada, Ralph Lauren, and D&G. Further, the company is active in the sale of contact lenses.
