Telesecure Holding B.V. (trustcon) acquired the shares in Finntax Telecom B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Finntax offered integral landline and mobile voice and data communication solutions. Finntax has customers both in the for profit sector, such as construction companies, catering companies, transport businesses, car dealsers, and engineering companies, as well as customers in the non-profit sector, such as municipalities, schools, hospitals and healthcare providers. At the time of the takeover, Finntax had approximately 40 employees, and was located in Raamdonksveer, the Netherlands.
Trustcon was active in the field of integrated phone and data solutions. Finntax and Trustcon merged to become Detron. Through the takeover, both parties expected to realize substantial synergies, particularly through the combination of mobile and VoIP. Detron currently has 8 different branches spread throughout the Netherlands.
