Acquisition of Alukwa B.V. by Intersaction

Intersaction has acquired 100% of the shares in Alukwa B.V. De Vor Metaal in Harmelen and Alukwa in Lisse have entered into a new partnership thanks to Intersaction's investment. Both companies are suppliers to the superyacht building industry and specialise in access and closure systems. Rembrandt M&A assisted the sellers in realising this transaction.
