Acquisition of ANWB's travel subsidiary SNP Natuurreizen by Partners in Travel Group

ANWB Reizen Beheer B.V. sold 100% of the shares in SNP Natuurreizen B.V. to Partners in Travel Group B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

SNP Natuurreizen
SNP Natuurreizen is specialised in active and sustainable holidays and offers, among others, special tours, walking holidays, cycling holidays and theme trips. ANWB continues to collaborate with SNP and will continue to offer walking holidays developed by SNP through ANWB Member Travel.

Partners in Travel Group is a collaboration between former owners and founders of travel companies. Gert Nieuwboer, the founder and current managing director of SNP is part of this collaboration. After the transaction, he remains the managing director of SNP.
