Zim Holding B.V. (Roompot) has acquired the shares in Vakantiepark Aquadelta. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

VakantiePark Aquadelta is a holiday resort on the banks of the Grevelingemeer in the Netherlands, close to the fishermen’s village and marina of Bruinisse. VakantiePark Aquadelta has over 30 years’ experience in catering to holidaymakers.
