Transaction
Niels van Drimmelen Beheer B.V. sold 35% of the shares in Bitbrains Holding B.V. to Gjalt van Rutten Beheer B.V. and Van Goethem Internet Ventures B.V. (other shareholders Bitbrains). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.
