Uniphar PLC acquired BModesto Group. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

BModesto Group
BModesto Group's activities include parallel import and exclusive distribution of medicines, through which the company ensures improved availability and affordability of medicines in Europe. In addition, BModesto Group provides medical devices and comparator drugs for clinical trials and other services through which the company contributes to the development of new medicines. Founded in 2014, the group currently employs over 180 people.
