Acquisition of Brightware by Interactive Intelligence Group

Interactive Intelligence Group B.V. (Interactive Intelligence) has acquired the shares in Brightware B.V. (Brightware). Rembrandt M&A has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

Parties
Brightware was founded in 2008. From 2009 onwards the firm has focused exclusively on the sale, implementation and integration of Interactive Intelligence software in the contact center market. After the takeover the Brightware office in Culemborg, the Netherlands, will be kept.

Interactive Intelligence is an American company listed on the Nasdaq, which was founded in 1994. The company offers solutions in the field of B2B IP-communication. Interactive Intelligence has 23 international offices, over 140 customers in the Netherlands, and the firm is positioned in the top 500 of Global Software and Service providers. Prior to the takeover, Brightware was the commercial implementation partner of Interactive Intelligence, and the takeover allows this partnership to be strengthened.
