Acquisition of Clevers IJs by Clevers Group

Clevers Group B.V. has acquired 100% of the shares in Clevers IJs B.V. and Clevers B.V., as well as its franchise operations. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions has advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

Clevers IJs
Clevers IJs is a producer of artisanal ice cream. With its eight ice cream parlours, which are operated by franchisees, the company is well known in the North and Central Limburg region. At the ice cream parlours, the ice cream experience is paramount and efforts are made to integrate local and fresh products into the various ice cream creations. It is also possible to enjoy a cup of coffee or a smoothie.
