Acquisition of CostPerform by Arches Capital and NIBC

Arches Capital Management B.V. and NIBC Co-Investments Holding B.V. acquired together with the management the shares in QPR CostControl B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

QPR CostControl B.V.
QPR CostControl B.V. has been developing software for optimizing costs and performance management called CostPerform for over 20 years. The software is used for cost allocation (such as time-driven Activity-Based Costing and multi-dimensional Costing), regulatory reporting, and customer profitability insights. With the transaction with Arches and NIBC, CostPerform can accelerate its ambitions.

Arches Capital Management B.V. and NIBC Co-Investments Holding B.V.
Arches and NIBC are both private equity investment firms. NIBC Co-Investments is the co-investment branche of NIBC and provides minority equity to Dutch SME companies. Arches focuses on B2B software companies located in the Benelux Region.
Together, NIBC and Arches have a majority of the shares. The current management team and shareholders hold the remaining shares.
