De Laet International/Althaea is a Belgian chocolate manufacturer. With their own factory in Borsbeek, they have been making various chocolate bars for years for Tony’s, including the famous caramel sea salt, but also all seasonal specials.

Tony’s Chocolonely is a large Dutch chocolate manufacturer whose mission is to make the whole chocolate chain 100% slave free. Tony’s Chocolonely is known for her iconic chocolate bar with unequal parts. The most well-known flavours are for example milk caramel sea salt, white raspberry popping sugar or milk nougat. This acquisition fits in well with the growth ambition of Tony’s Chocolonely.
