Acquisition of De Wijndragers by Wadinko and Management Buy-Out

Christian Lensen and Wadinko N.V. acquired 100% of the shares in De Wijndragers B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

De Wijndragers
De Wijndragers produces mustard, dressings, sauces, dips, oils and vinegar. The family-owned enterprise was established in 1983 and has developed into a company with export to 20 countries. De Wijndragers produces, amongst others, De Wijndragers’, ‘aMust’ en ‘Big Sam´s’ brands, as well as several private label products.

Christian Lensen has been commercial manager of the company for several years. Following the management buy-out, together with Wadinko, he aims for further growth of the company through expanding the customer base and developing new products. More information is available on: www.wijndragers.nl.
