Acquisition of EcoTools by Bunzl

Bunzl has acquired 100% of the shares in EcoTools. Rembrandt M&A assisted the seller in completing this transaction. EcoTools marks the second e-commerce company we've sold to Bunzl, following the acquisition of Disposable Discounter in 2021.
