Acquisition of GrainPlastics by Pipelife Nederland, part of Wienerberger AG

Pipelife Nederland B.V., a subsidiary of Wienerberger AG, has acquired 100% of the shares in Grain Plastics B.V. The merger of GrainPlastics and Pipelife offers new opportunities for growth and innovation. This strategic move strengthens Wienerberger's position and that of GrainPlastics and Pipelife. Together, they can better support the market in sustainable water management and the realization of the electricity network. Furthermore, the acquisition contributes to Wienerberger's sustainability ambitions by increasing the use of recycled materials.

GrainPlastics
GrainPlastics is a leading player in the field of drainage, cable protection, and gas and water transport in the Netherlands. The company specializes in the production of corrugated plastic piping solutions for agricultural and irrigation purposes and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes for infrastructure and industrial applications.
