Knauf acquired the plasterboard production facility of the Martens Group. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Martens Group.

Parties
The Martens Group is located in Oosterhout and consists of several companies that provide construction-related goods and services. After the transaction the Martens Group will continue to focus on its main markets: infrastructure, do-it-yourself, plant, installation, and horizontal / vertical transport.
