Nordmilch AG (Nordmilch) acquired a majority of the shares in Imeko Holding N.V. (Imeko). Rembrandt M&A acted as the financial advisor of the buyer.

Nordmilch was a milk producer with almost 2500 employees. The company was headquartered in Bremen, Germany. Currently, the company has merged with Humana Mulchunion into Deutschen Milchkontor (DMK), which is the largest milk company in Germany. DMK sells various dairy products, including cheese, milk, yogurt, ice cream, and baby milk.
