Van Lanschot Chabot acquired 100% of the shares in Mandema & Partners from NN Group. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised NN Group in realizing this transaction.

Parties
Mandema & Partners, located in The Hague, is an independent insurance broker and consultant focused on medium sized and large corporate clients in the Netherlands.
