Acquisition of Molco Beheermaatschappij B.V. by SHB Parts B.V.

Transaction
SHB Parts B.V. acquired 100% of the shares in Molco Beheermaatschappij B.V., Dutch Spare Parts B.V., OEMparts B.V., Lamarg B.V. and Bogijn B.V. The team of Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

Parties
The five companies, located in Druten, sell Asian and European car parts to dealers, workshops, importers (B2B) and consumers (B2C). The companies have their own Asian and European parts brand and operate several webshops. The webshop of Bogijn B.V. for example: www.bogijn.nl. Together, the companies employ approximately 50 employees and another 30 temporary staff.

In the past the buyer was already active in the same industry and sold the shares in his company a few years ago. The buyer re-enters the automotive industry by this acquisition.
