Acquisition of New Skool Media by Roularta Media Group

Roularta Media Group acquired 100% of the shares in New Skool Media. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

New Skool Media
New Skool Media is the second largest magazine publisher in the Netherlands, with 21 media brands such as EW, BeleggersBelangen, Delicious, Kijk and Fiets. The Amsterdam-based publisher employs 170 people who are jointly responsible for a turnover of more than 45 million euros.

Roularta Media Group is known for Belgian news magazines such as Knack Sport/Voetbal and Sport/Footmagazine). It also took over the lifestyle magazines of the Belgian Sanoma branch a few years ago.
