Acquisition of Nihot Recycling Technology by Bulk Handling Systems

Nihot Recycling Technology B.V. (“Nihot”) has sold 100% of its shares to the U.S.-based company Bulk Handling Systems Inc. (“BHS”). The team of Rembrandt M&A acted as exclusive financial advisor to the buyer.

Parties
BHS designs, manufactures and installs processing systems tailored to extract recyclables from the waste stream. BHS’s processing systems are used to process, e.g. Municipal Solid Waste and Construction & Demolition Waste. Its customer base is globally dispersed.

Nihot designs, manufactures and installs controlled air separation systems for companies operating within the Environmental and Recycling Industry. Its products and solutions are used to separate waste materials in the same fields as BHS. Nihot clients are predominantly based throughout Europe. Nihot complements and extends the range of products and services of BHS. In addition, Nihot provides BHS better access to the European market.
