Agio Sigarenfabrieken N.V. has acquired 50% of the shares in NTS Holding B.V. Agio Sigarenfabrieken has the intention to acquire the remaining shares in the future. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Agio Sigarenfabrieken.

Parties
Agio Sigarenfabrieken is one of the largest producers of cigars within Europe. Agio is known for brands such as Mehari's, Panter, Balmoral and De Huifkar. The firm produces and sells over 750 million cigars per year, and exports its products to over 100 countries globally. By acquiring NTS, Agio strenghtens its firm by having a private machine factory in addition to the current cigar factory.
