TTS Group BV has acquired 100% of the shares in Purtec Kunststoftechniek B.V. The successful acquisition significantly expands the company's range of services, enabling it to better meet various customer needs. Rembrandt M&A assisted the buyer in realising this transaction.

Through this acquisition, TTS Group manages the entire Dutch niche market of electronics molding. Purtec Kunststoftechniek B.V.
Purtec Kunststoftechniek specializes in the production of polyurethane parts. Using liquid reaction systems, these polyurethane parts are processed with special equipment that conditions, mixes, and doses the raw materials. The machines are largely developed and built by Purtec, based on years of experience in this niche market. Operating under the name Purtec Polyurethane Technology B.V., the company will operate as an independent entity within the group from its current location in Heerhugowaard, maintaining its own identity.
