Top Taste Holding B.V. has acquired the shares in Rieber & Son Holland B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Rieber & Son Holland operates under the name Cronions. These cronions are crispy baked onions that are sold through various distribution channels. Rieber & Son Holland was a part of Rieber & Son, a publicly listed Norwegian food company. Currently the Norwegian branch of Rieber has become a part of Orkla.
