Van der Leij Groep B.V. (Van der Leij) has acquired the shares in Rob de Vos Groep B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

Parties
Van der Leij Groep comprises a number of construction, maintenance, and development-related companies. The group is divided into Van der Leij Bouwbedrijven and Van der Leij Strategy, Research, & Development. Van der Leij exists since its foundation in 1973, and works mostly on a project basis.

RdV Groep consists of three maintenance companies: RdV Totaalonderhoud, RdV Voegwerken, en RdV betores. The companies were located in The Hague, the Netherlands, and will continue offering maintenance services under their own brand after the takeover.
