Allied Hydronics B.V., shareholder of Therminon B.V., has acquired 100% of the shares in Robot Vloerverwarming B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

Robot Vloerverwarming develops, manufactures and sells various high-quality products and services for the underfloor heating market, such as manifolds, room control systems, pipes and installation plans. The seller will remain operationally involved in the company.
