ABZ Diervoeding has acquired 100% of the shares in Sikma Veevoeders. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing the sale of his company.

ABZ Diervoeding is a co-op and a result of the merger between Arkervaart Diervoeding en Brameco-Zon voeders. The company has production facilities in Eindhoven, Udenhout, Nijkerk, Markelo and Leusden.
