LOEWE IndustrieOfenBau has acquired 100% of the shares in Thermoheat B.V. Rembrandt M&A assisted the seller in realising this transaction.

Thermoheat is located in Middelharnis and has been active for over 40 years in refractory services and trade in refractory products. Thermoheat's customers are active in the market for chemical products, aluminum, steel and energy.
