A Genuine Chocolate Company B.V. (GCC) has acquired the shares in Tony’s Factory B.V. (Tony’s Chocolonely). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

The company distinguishes itself by only sourcing its inputs from suppliers that are guaranteed to not use forced labor. The company offers a variety of chocolate products, including dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate, with for example hazel nuts or nougat.
