Securex strengthened its market position in the Netherlands by acquiring Van Deelen Salarisadministraties en Personeelsadviezen B.V. The team of Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised Securex in realizing this transaction.

Securex is specialised in payrolling and HR-consulting. The Belgian company employs over 1.700 people with offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxemburg. The company was established in 1905 and currently services companies, self employed and private individuals and accountants with employee remuneration.
