Romijnders Groep B.V. (Romijnders Groep) has acquired the shares in Van Groenestijn Service en Onderhoud B.V. (Van Groenestijn). Rembrandt M&A acted as the financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Romijnders Groep consists of installation companies, project management firms, and a national service organization. The company has been active for more than a century, and operates throughout the Netherlands.
