Attero B.V. (Attero) has acquired the shares in Veluwse Afval Recycling B.V. (VAR). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Veluwse Afval Recycling is a waste management company located in the east of the Netherlands. The company collects waste from households and businesses, processes this, and turns it into e.g. energy, compost, or other recycling products. Moreover, VAR offers logistic and technical advice to businesses.
