Acquisition of VH ict by Techone

Techone B.V. acquired 100% of the shares in VH Automatisering B.V. and Netwerkplan B.V. For Techone, this marks the fourth acquisition this year. The group now comprises 36 companies across the country. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted VH ict in realizing this transaction.

VH ict is a Groningen based Managed Service Provider (MSP) that offers cloud, security and connectivity solutions to SMEs in the Northern part of the Netherlands. The company's knowledge of workplace management and Sophos security solutions are particularly interesting for Techone. Richard Hulst, one of the former owners of VH ict, will stay on as managing director after the acquisition.
