Agrocultuur Boskoop B.V. acquired the assets and activities of Windhorst Van Veen B.V.. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions acted as exclusive financial advisors to the seller.

Parties
Windhorst Van Veen is a specialized wholesaler of nursery supplies with branches in Hazerswoude Dorp, Boskoop and Hengelo. Furthermore Windhorst Van Veen consisted of several additional activities such as ‘AgroPoli’ (Nursery Consulting) and ‘PolderPlaza’ (country lifestyle shop). These activities were not part of the transaction and were continued by the seller.
