Timber and Building Supplies Holland has acquired 100% of the shares in Withagen Houtprodukten. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

Withagen Houtprodukten
Withagen Houtprodukten is located in Tynaarlo and is specialized in supplying laminated coniferous wood, cross-laminated wood and finger-jointed wood for constructions and facade carpentry. The company also carries out regional special projects in laminated wood as a main supporting structure, for example for a school or commercial building.
