This serves as a correction to a previous communication, wherein it was incorrectly stated that it involved a complete acquisition of shares. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the Stichting Kibeo in realizing this transaction.

Kinderdagverblijf Ukkepuk provides childcare and after-school care for children aged 0 - 12 in Voorburg since 2008. The nursery has 2 vertical groups with a total of 24 child places. The after-school care also consists of 2 groups with a total of 20 child places.
