Buy-Out between shareholders at Robot Vloerverwarming

Sim Woud, 50%-shareholder and managing director of Robot Vloerverwarming B.V., has acquired the 50% stake held by his co-shareholder. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions has assisted the buyer with this acquisition and the financing thereof as sole financial advisor.

Robot Vloerverwarming is a producer and supplier of heating manifolds and complete underfloor heating systems. Robot develops, produces and sells several quality products and services for the underfloor heating market such as manifolds, control units, tubes and layout schemes.
