Kraanbedrijf Nederhoff B.V. acquired the shares in Van Genderen Kraanverhuur B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Kraanbedrijf Nederhoff rents cranes and transport equipment, including road and terrain cranes. The company also offers national and international (heavy) transport. Kraanbedrijf Nederhoff has two locations in the Netherlands.

Founder G.A. van Genderen started his company in 1973 as a crane leasing firm. In the early years, two salvage cranes mainly performed salvage operations. With the purchase of the first hydraulic crane in 1977, the activities shifted increasingly to the building sector. From 2001 onwards, the services were expanded with transportation. The new office was put into use in 2001.
