Divestment of Cruise Travel to Fleur Broer by ANWB Reizen

ANWB Reizen Beheer B.V. sold 100% of the shares in Cruise Travel Nederland B.V. to Fleur Broer. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

Cruise Travel Nederland B.V.
Cruise Travel is one of the largest providers of cruise holidays in the Netherlands. The family business was founded in 1996 and acquired by The Royal Dutch Touring Club (ANWB) in 2011, with the aim of introducing members of ANWB to cruise holidays. ANWB will continue to offer cruises through ANWB Member Travel, but no longer through its own tour operator.

Fleur Broer, daughter of the founders of Cruise Travel, together with the current management team member Chris Mulder, acquired the shares in Cruise Travel.
