Essent N.V. acquired 100% of the shares in Improvers Group. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

Improvers Group (Improvers B.V., FlexQuarters B.V, RomeoDelta B.V., Certified B.V. and Dealmakers B.V.) improves the sales of companies (advertisers) by facilitating an on-line platform on which companies offer tele- and field marketing campaigns. An extensive community of specialised independent sales professionals is able to perform these campaigns on a no cure no pay basis. This results in sales improvements of up to 100% compared to other sales organisations.
