SGS Nederland B.V. (SGS) has acquired the shares in Intron B.V. (Intron). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Intron was a service provider in the fields of quality control and quality improvement in the construction sector. The company was market leader in the Netherlands, and had over 120 employees divided over two branches. By now, Intron has become a fully integrated part of SGS.

SGS is a Swiss multinational company, that is the market leader in the fields of inspection, analysis and certification services. The company has presence in 120 countries, has over 1650 branches and labs, and over 80000 employees.
