Cire Invest B.V. acquired Glaspunt B.V. from Festos Management & Participaties. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the Private Equity firm Festos in realizing this transaction.

Glaspunt
Glaspunt has grown into the largest nationwide glass service company in the Netherlands. Annually, Glaspunt handles 120,000 phone calls and more than 40,000 requests for glass damage repairs and sustainability improvements. Through a modern and well-automated platform, Glaspunt has optimised the process from request to repair or installation. The jobs are carried out by a nationwide network of dedicated partners and glaziers.
