Lagerwey Invest B.V. participated in Lagerwey Group B.V. Through this transaction, lagerwey Group was able to attain additional capital. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted Lagerwey Group in realizing this transaction.

Parties
Lagerwey Group is a developer and producer of multimegawatt wind turbines, located in Barneveld. The company was founded in 2006 by Aart van de Pol, Albert Waaijenberg, Andre Pubanz en Henk Lagerweij with as goal to develop a simple, innovative and technologically advanced wind turbine. Through Lagerwey Invest a group of several informal investors has participated in lagerwey Group. As a result of this transaction, Lagerwey Group is able to expand its commercial and R&D activities.
