Mr Ronald Kroos, together with his investor, acquired 100% of the shares in Cre-Doors Benelux B.V. and Schmidt Benelux B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions has assisted the seller in realising this transaction.

Schmidt Benelux B.V. operates as a wholesaler of PVC sliding doors from German manufacturer Schmidt. Based in Sittard, the company is well positioned between the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company is particularly active in the Benelux and northern France. Schmidt maintains close relationships with about 5,000 architects, who use Schmidt's products. The sliding doors are then ordered to size and shipped directly to the customer from the supplier's factory.
