Two of the three shareholders of Holding Tes Industrial Systems have sold their shares to mr Bakker, a management buy-in candidate, and mr Boone, the third shareholder who significantly increases his share in the company. Bouke Tauw and Lynette Lenstra of Rembrandt M&A have assisted the seller in this transaction.
