Management Buy-Out ANWB and Fox Reizen

Transaction
CEO Gert-Jan Bressers and CFO Richard Broekhoven of Fox. Expert in Rondreizen, along with 819 Capital Partners, are acquiring the tour operating division from ANWB. The new organization will continue under the name 𝗙𝗼𝘅 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻 and will continue to develop and execute member trips for ANWB. Rembrandt M&A advised the seller in this transaction.
