Marco van Vliet and Jordi Heijdra acquired 100% of the shares in Aannemingsbedrijf Growepa through a management buy-out. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller, Henk Pak, in realizing this MBO

Contracting company Aannemingsbedrijf Growepa was founded in 1990. Growepa specializes in visual road and environmental maintenance. Its activities are divided into tree care, green maintenance, pavement maintenance and waterworks. The company primarily works for municipalities, provinces, and water boards. In recent years, Growepa, based in Rhenen, has further developed by obtaining the necessary certifications in quality, safety, and sustainability, and by investing in sustainable equipment.

Marco van Vliet & Jordi Heijdra
Marco van Vliet has been active in the contracting industry for nearly 30 years and has extensive experience in landscaping and dredging. Since 2020, he has been serving as the operational manager of Growepa, and following this acquisition, he has taken over the daily management. Jordi Heijdra has been an important partner for Growepa for several years through his company Heijdra Loon- en Verhuur. Through this acquisition, the ties between Growepa and Heijdra Loon- en Verhuur are further strengthened.
