The shares in EP Beerepoot B.V. have been acquired by means of a management buy-out. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

EP: Berepoot
EP is a nationally operating chain of around 100 electronics retailers. EP: Beerepoot is an independently operating company under the EP brand, with three stores in the northwest of the Netherlands. The flagship store of the company is over 2800 square meters.
